Combine Information on Both Sides of a Print Mail Postcard Using Mail Merge

You can combine information on both sides of a print postcard using mail merge. You can also use mail merge to create labels. To use this process, you will need to use a software program that allows you to manipulate data in the file. Using a program like Avery(tm)'s Label Maker, you can create labels for both sides of the postcard.

When you're creating the postcards, make sure that the data fields are set to the appropriate values. This will make it easy to format the front. You can use a table cell format to format the front of the postcard, or you can use a paragraph style. This will remove the need for manual formatting.

Once you've completed the postcard design, make sure to cut the cards out. Many people use a paper cutter to cut multiple copies at once. Other blank postcards have perforations that can be torn if you want to write on them. Whether you're using blank postcards or pre-printed ones, be sure to stamp the address side of the postcard.

Postcard templates are easy to edit and customize. You can insert text and pictures into each section. You can also add text by right-clicking on the template. Once you're done, you can save the document. If you're using a Word template, you can choose from dozens of different postcard designs.
